After processing, your order will be prepared between 1 to 2 business days.

Standard U.S. Domestic Shipping (including Hawaii and Alaska):

       - FREE U.S. Standard Shipping PROMO (15 Business Days*) on all U.S.  

International Orders : due to carrier service suspensions and delays we currently can only ship orders within the United States. 

Tracking Information

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

Muzsa by Malu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the Postal Service directly.
